DESCRIPTION

For this project, I designed a water shader in Unreal Engine 5 using material blueprints and Gerstner waves to simulate realistic water movement. The Gerstner wave function was implemented to create natural wave patterns, allowing for a dynamic and visually convincing water surface. Through careful manipulation of material properties, I was able to achieve an interactive, detailed water effect that responds realistically to environmental factors, enhancing the overall visual quality of the scene.
